This guide is designed for faculty to help students who are having difficulty with WebAdvisor.
Students Having Difficulty?
If you encounter students having difficulty logging on to WebAdvisor please advise them that they can obtain assistance:
At the WebAdvisor Main Page. Click on the Contact Us tab and fill out the online form describing the difficulty experienced.
This information provided in the form will confirm the student’s identity and help us resolve the login issue.
Students may also go to one of the following areas for personal assistance (please keep in mind there will be line ups in some of these areas up to mid-September):
- Student Service Centre:
- Notre Dame Campus D101
- Princess Street Campus: Princess Building Main Floor
- Notre Dame Campus: Library (In the computer lab)
- Princess Street Campus: Learning Commons Helpdesk
- Program areas with their own Help Desks
