Video Streaming
Live video streaming is an integral part of eTV’s mandate and RRC’s mission to provide accessible education to all Manitobans. By streaming live classes from the Notre Dame Campus, rural students are able to watch and engage in classes from regional centers and remote communities.

International Education Promotional Video
Four students from around the globe share their love of Red River College and say what it's like to live and study in Winnipeg. Produced by eTV and International Education, this promotional video captures the emotional spirit that transcends language and cultures. Science of Early Child Development
eTV is currently working with Community Services on a mutli-media resource that collates research involving early brain development and population health. Below are examples of footage shot in Tanzania, Kenya, Egypt and Pakistan that supports the international version of this project.

Paramedicine Scenario Simulator
In conjunction with Allied Health Sciences, eTV is currently developing a real-life simulation game that is accessible on-line and on mobile devices. Incorporating high-quality video, graphics, animation and audio, the simulator will be fully interactive and user friendly allowing the user to respond and react in real time to paramedic scenarios.

Video/QR Coding Project
eTV and Stevenson Aviation are currently developing a pilot project that involves video taping common tool use, practical project segments and safe work practices on shop equipment. These videos will be hyperlinked using QR codes to provide students accessible and innovative content anywhere, anytime. An integral component of this initiative is eTV’s new “go anywhere” production system allowing for full mobile multi-camera HD video production.
