AIR Web Site : How to get involved
Firstly,
keep in mind that this web site is in it's infancy. The
version of this web site that you first saw in May 2006 was a
work in progress.
The original design of the site was based on feedback from Faculty, received in a series of focus groups held in March/05, and feedback from administrative staff that we received in a series of consultations held also in Spring/05.
Now that we have opened the site to all faculty and staff we realize that many of you may not have had the chance to tell us what you think. Of course there is still time for that to happen.
In the coming months we are asking for your assistance.
There are several ways that you can help with this project:
|
First Way: There are feedback links located throughout the site. Faculty and Staff are encouraged to make comments on what they see in the site. Second Way: You will find a discussion area in the SharePoint section of the web site. Faculty and Staff are encourage to participate in joint discussions. We are encouraging the sharing of information, ideas and best practices. Third Way: Through our database of Shareable Common Resources (SCORE) you are invited to share your course materials, learning objects and other digital assets with other faculty members. Fourth Way: Contact someone on the project. There are members of our Advisory Committee located throughout the college. You may contact one of them. Or you may always feel free to contact a member of the project team directly. |
