Activities for Immigrant and International Students

Campus Text Alerting System

Red River College has partnered with MTS mobility to notify staff and students of potential threats to safety and security on campus. The Campus Alerting System is designed to send a time-stamped SMS Text message to registered staff and students in case of an immediate threat to health and safety, a lockdown, or to inform recipients of a campus closure.

Facebook

Facebook is largely used for social interaction, and very popular among young people. Learn more about Facebook and see how some faculty and other staff in our college are wondering how we can leverage the student's love of Facebook to the advantage of the learning process.
